I cannot use safe money in firefox

I am using Windows 10 and I have recently had two Firefox updates. Following these I am unable to use safe money and therefore on line banking. I have had Kaspersky instructing me to do all sorts of things to no avail, and all I keep getting is safe money is already running.......god only knows where, or error, cannot open in protected window. I have logged out and back in . I have looked at my plugins and all sorts, and followed loads of instructions sending screen shots and doing reports. and still the blooming thing won't work. I have wasted about six hours going round and round in circles and it is causing me a lot of inconvenience, and when you are at work all day using a computer the last thing you want is to come home and have to spend hours trying to rectify something that was working on Saturday. Kaspersky don't seem to know what the problem is, but I am tearing my hair out, and I will now have to go to the bank and sort out what should have taken me about five minutes several days ago. Any help would be so appreciated because I am not the best when it comes to computers but I do try and have a go, but this is driving me up the wall, and because I am at work I only pick up my emails at night, and so the last two nights have been dedicated in trying to resolve this annoying problem that no one seems to be able to rectify. I would be eternally grateful if someone can help me before I have a nervous breakdown. Thank you.

I see you are using the beta version.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I have used safe mode and the problem still persists. The problem started after an update from Firefox and I have had another one today. I am still unable to use Safe Money. I have been using Safe Money since 2015 with Firefox and I have never had a problem but this is really causing me a lot of inconvenience. Any help would be helpful. Thank You
