We have older computer & can't access The adobe reader,pls. help.
TO access our health care benefits they require that we have Adobe reader. We did have it but it has been unavailable for quite some time ? Apple telling us our Mac 0x snow leopard is too old.?? Guess old computers like us older seniors just do not count much ! Please respond. Joan and Don.

Your Additional System Details does not show that Adobe Reader is installed.

We can not access Mozilla, with our new user ID and password
Mozilla is divided into several separate support/service areas. Each uses their own username and password logins.
What are you trying to access?
Our older I mac 10.6 osx snow leopard did provide Adobe reader service. It no longer does. On occasion some offerings require Adobe. So in this new tech world why is not provided ?
For Adobe problem you need to contact Adobe Support. This site is for firefox browser End user help forum only.
WestEnd, the OP can still get help here with getting Adobe reader working along with desktop Firefox.

On the https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ page provided already by cor-el, it says there is "Reader 11.0.10" for Mac OS Intel 10.6.4 - 10.6.8
