How do I create an exception for a self-signed certificate with Firefox 65

I have created an Nextcloud server on our internal network that uses a self-signed certificate. When a Windows client using Firefox 65 attempts to access the web GUI, the connection is flagged as insecure and the connection is not made. There is no opportunity to accept the self-signed certificate in order to proceed. For Mac and Linux clients (using Safari, Chrome and Firefox), the connection is shown as insecure because of the self-signed certificate but the user is given the option to accept it and proceed.

How can I get access to the Web-GUI for my Windows users?
