Why wont the 3 line drop down work im using linux (it didnt work before reinstall)
just removed and reinstalled firefox because my 2 banks said i needed to upgrade

According to the user agent in the System Details list you have an outdated Firefox 52 ESR version.
- User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0
Doesn't your Ubuntu Linux distribution support more recent Firefox versions?
Verify that you meet the System Requirements (GTK+ and GLib) for the current Firefox release.

You also have an outdated Shockwave Flash plugin: Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202 Adobe has started to support Firefox again with Flash (current is 32.0.0.114).
