Can you more specific about what problems you have with rearranging bookmarks?

You can rearrange bookmarks in the Bookmarks Manager (Library). See also:

What you show on your example screen is not the way it shows on our screen. The instructions are useless. Obviously its a problem because there is 260 other people with the same issue, per your website. Sometimes Firefox updates are good, this one isnt. It is not user friendly. What happened to just being able to drag the bookmarks ? Too much B.S.
