Hi everyone, I am trying to fix a crash issue for my neighbours TB installation. Everytime (at least that's what I was able to reproduce) he fetches new mails from his accounts, TB crashes. After restarting it, new mail is available. First thing I did was to update to latest "release" 60.4.0. Afterwards I tried in safe mode with disabled extensions. As I am pretty much unaware of Thunderbird I am not really sure what to check in this case Please see the crash report https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/b5668241-e8f3-480a-9e15-6b2c70181221#tab-details It was created with the older version as I just sent it via mail and the recent crash report went missing somewhere between two floors.
