I can't re-install Firefox after multiple tries! I've used Firefox for many years. I updated my iMac to the newest OS (version 10.13.6) November 8. Soon after that update, when I opened Firefox a box popped up saying something like "firefox is slow to open, please refresh (or update?) to fix this problem". When I did that, Firefox crashed and Mozilla Crash Reporter opened. I clicked quit Firefox several times, the I clicked the box to tell Mozilla, I did this alot, no luck. Firefox won't open. So I uninstalled it according to your instructions on support. I tried to reinstall, still only getting the Crash Reporter. Have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions, but no luck. Can never get the app to open. I can get the "safe mode" box, but it won't open with the safe mode button or the refresh. Have run disc repair on my mac. Have fun the Malware app you suggested. Still no luck. I can't find a Firefox folder in my library. In application support did find something called "CrashReporter" nothing in there for Firefox. There is a folder in there called Mozilla, but it has folders in it titled "extensions". Not sure what to do or make of that. I tried to attach a screen shot of the details from one of my crash reports. No luck. I'll copy to the end of this note. Sorry it's so long. Would really like to work with Firefox again. Thanks for any help you can offer. I can't re-install Firefox after multiple tries! I've used Firefox for many years. I updated my iMac to the newest OS (version 10.13.6) November 8. It looks like this crash is caused by the having the Facebook uploader plugin installed on your computer (see this thread for more information). That plugin is no longer used by Facebook, so you should be able to delete it without any issues. Could you try removing the plugin and see if that works?

Thank you for your suggestions. I've done my best to run all the steps suggested, so far getting same result. Firefox doesn't open. Mozilla Crash Report box opens. Oof. I was able to finally find some crash report numbers that started with a "b". I'll add them here, just in case they are helpful to any of you (and therefore me!). From "Crash reports Submitted" Hope I'm not wasting your time! xo
