What is the purpose of Mozilla's crash reports? I filled out several of them without any action taken, or response. I found the error and fixed it myself.

Last night I downloaded the Firefox webbrowser for my Android phone. At first I loved it! It was fast, easy to maneuver, I liked all the extra features I didn't have on my other browsers.

Then all-of-a-sudden, when I tried to download a webpage as a PDF, Firefox just crashed and the Mozilla crash report came on! So I followed the directions and filled it out with as many details as I could, without guessing as to why this might have happened. However; this is only the beginning. Every time I tried to reopen Firefox it would crash and automatically bring up the Mozilla report page again. This repeated for hours, and every time I would send a detailed crash report to Mozilla. Finally, I got smart! I noticed a little window from the time it took to start the browser and when it actually crashed, so I took advantage of it. I opened Firefox and as soon as the menu bar appeared I clicked on the "Tabs" icon to bring up all the webpages that could be causing this problem. This allowed me to close the 10 other windows that I had no use for any more, and consequently, remedied the situation!
