A new contact would need to go into an address book first. You can then add it to a mailing list.

Have tried entering direct into address book....when that didn’t work tried using ‘new contact button’ in mailing list...also no response. I have never had this before. Oddly a couple of new contacts in the ‘+collection list’ did register.

Opened address book...pressed new contact....completed box giving new contact details...pressed OK...check address book new entry was’t there. As I said earlier normally this procedure gives me the right result.

Try to create a new address book. Can you save a new contact in the new address book?
