Hello please help me to resolve this when I try to open my thunderbird email I get the mozilla crash reporter and I can not do anything it happened suddenly was working fine before.

In Thunderbird, open Troubleshooting Information from the Help menu, and go to the Crash Reports section.

Then post the report numbers
