I have two laptops using TB 52.8.0. The Today pane on one shows "tasks" the other does not. I do not use tasks in TB. How do I turn off the display of tasks?

I have two laptops that I have tried to configure identically, but on one of them i have "completed tasks" displayed at the bottom of the Today pane. Since I do not use tasks in my TB profile, only events, I would like to turn this off. So far I have not found a way to do this.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sounds like you have selected the option to show both 'Events and Tasks'. The selection of clicking on arrows allows you to select : 'Tasks' > 'Events' > 'Events and Tasks' Select 'Events' by clicking on the left < > arrow which is located at the top right of 'Today Pane. TB Lightning should remember that you chose 'Events' and keep it in focus.
