Why do I have to keep moving the mouse on my desk top in order to keep working
I like playing casino games and when I use auto spin, I still have to move the mouse for the game to proceed, why?

No idea. Possibly a Windows 7 issue with your mouse. Google your mouse make and model and see if there are newer drivers for it.
