Firefox, are you a robot? I sent you feedback. You keep badgering me to update. Not helping.
I use Windows 7 Home Office. I have no interest or desire in going to Windows 10 or using anything like Twitter, Facebook, Android, I-Phone and the like. Firefox keeps badgering me to update. Update to what???? One of these things I don't use and don't want to????

Oops, hit send...Firefox does not advocate upgrading to Windows 10 that is a Microsoft push notification you are getting and you will have to search how to stop MS from sending that. As to Twitter or Facebook Mozilla does not advocate for those either. Maybe the Android or Iphone for Sync but I have not heard of aggressive stuff for that. Suggest that you do update Firefox though as there are critical updates for the Spectre/Meltdown issue you have missed : http://money.cnn.com/2018/01/04/technology/spectre-meltdown-cpu-flaws-explainer/index.html You can see what is done in every release and update : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/releases/ To update just do this : https://support.mozilla.org/en/kb/update-firefox-latest-version For your other things going on you may want to run a scan :
