HI. sorry to hear that. Please check on your desktop for a folder called OldFirefoxProfile. If it is there it maybe possible to rescue some data. Also please check to see if Firefox just created a new profile and that your old one is still there : *https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data As to Restore, no idea what you are trying to restore from. Win7 ? If so it will not work.
