I opened your link with Firefox and Win IE In each case, I see two pictures a section of track 4-6 feet long going to nothing. Behind this are tracks on either side on that. In the left picture, the tracks are clear. In the right picture, there is a 'freight' on the right track.
Refreshing the pages changes nothing. But then again, it might be the 'freight' is just not moving.
