Can't see the folders from one of two email accounts using Thunderbird

I have 2 emails using Thunderbird, one gmail and one other. I can see the folders for my gmail account, but not the other. I have moved both profile folders to the Thunderbird Profiles folder in AppData\Roaming, but only see the gmail folders on the selection tree in the app. The non-gmail inbox is populated with accurate emails, just can't see the folders I moved. How can I get the app to see those folders?
