MSN Videos Don't Play

This is a recent problem. I just tried to look at this video on MSN in the link below and the video won't play. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/megyn-kelly-blasts-bill-o%e2%80%99reilly-on-her-nbc-morning-show/ar-AAtX5CI?li=BBnb7Kz

When I try to play the video I get a blank screen and an error message that says "were sorry, but your browser does not support this video, please install Adobe Flash version." I have the latest version of Fire Fox 52.4.0 (ESR 32-bit) Windows XP with service pack 3. Now here is the strange thing, I do have the latest, most updated version of Flash Player and I checked to make sure that the plug in was enabled and it is so why can't MSN detect that?

Now if I were to go to another website that has videos such as You Tube the videos play just fine unless of course it's an HTML5 format but other than that regular You Tube videos work just fine. I realize myPC Windows XP is old but why do other websites with Flash work and now not MSN? I reported the problem to MSN. to them but got no reply so I thought I would try here because all of you were so very kind trying to find answers to explain why I couldn't play videos at that other website http://www.cbc.ca/player/news/Canada/North but that one I now understand, they changed the format of their video at CBC which I guess XP doesn't support but this MSN.com has got me puzzled. I also did a scan just to make sure I didn't have a computer virus and everything is fine with that.

Just a reminder for those reading this I'm not a computer wiz and I know I need a new computer

with the latest version of Windows however at the same time what has happened on MSN I don't get.
