Your Firefox is identifying itself as version 51, but this self-ID is sometimes inaccurate.

Could you check the Troubleshooting Information page? Either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Troubleshooting Information
  • (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter/Return

In the first table on the page, you should find a version row. What number is reported there?

If you do not have 55.0.2 55.0.3 or 52.3.0esr, then you do need to update. Please see: Update Firefox to the latest release.

If you DO have one of those versions, please see this article: How to reset the default user agent on Firefox.

Does that help?
