THANKS I TRIED BUT STILL GETTING SAME MESSAGE. I CAN'T GET SCREEN TO SEND A CRASH REPORT TO FIREFOX

Is it the Flash plugin that has crashed  ? No need to send a crash report, but would you take a look at this :

You could disable hardware acceleration and see if that will make a difference.

The current Firefox has been having problems with graphics drivers and protection programs.

NO NOT THE FLASH PROGRAM ..................IT DOESN'T TELL ME ANYTHING EXCEPT "WARNING UNRESPONSIVE PROGRAM' NO OTHER INFO. AND JUST KEEPS SENDING THE SAME MESSAGE.

Does your Firefox display the plugin notification icon in the address bar on that page? It typically looks like a small gray Lego block. When you click that, it should indicate what installed plugins the page wants to use, and whether the page has permission to use them.

If the page requires a different plugin, unfortunately that information can be difficult to determine. Does the site have a page with system requirements that you can check?

THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP. IT APPEARS THAT THE WEBSITE TDAMERITRADE HAD CHANGED SOME OF IT'S SETTINGS AND NOT LET ANYONE KNOW . AFTER AN EMAIL TO THEM IT WAS CORRECTED................THEY CAUSED A LOT OF PROBLEMS FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE. THANKS AGAIN
