Currently I am using Firefox ESR 52.3.0. Every time I print from the browser I receive the printer error popup " An error occurred while printing". I've reset the printer settings in about:config. I refreshed the browser. I started the browser in safemode with all add-ons disabled. Restarting the browser worked until I rebooted the computer now that option no longer works. I am out of ideas to try. FireFox ESR 52.3.0 is a fresh install on a brand new machine. Any changes I make I am not losing anything. This error message only occurs on windows 10. I have a windows 7 machine that was my primary and Firefox ESR 52.3.0 works just fine. The issue is windows 10 and this version. I installed Firefox ESR Version 49 on windows 10 and it works as it should with no errors. Can someone help me with this issue?
