Every time I play a video (YouTube or otherwise) or even play music on Firefox, ever since I got a Firefox update today, has caused it to immediately crash. Is there anything I can do?

If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version?cache=no Did you update Firefox to the latest version 55.0.3

See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

It's already at that version. In fact, the problem began post-automatic update. I don't have any crash reports from my crashes.

And your graphics drivers?

Do you mean it started with Firefox 54?

I don't think it's my graphics drivers, videos are playing just fine on other browsers. And it started today, with whatever update happened.
