Can't access www.gotoassist.me for tech help on Firefox. Download will not open.
Tried to get help with my ant-virus program. The techie wanted to access my computer to help him solve the problem, using www.gotoassist.me We tried many ways, including using Safe Mode, but none worked. The download would not open, so we could not go any further. Is this something Firefox has a fix for?
I use Windows Vista on a Toshiba Laptop, and my Firefox is up to date: 49.0.1

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
