Firefox is the only browser that ignored my print settings for tray choice. How do I fix it?
I have followed all the directions I can find for resetting the print settings and even edited the "prefs.js" file. Firefox is the only browser that ignores the print setting that I select on any page. Specifically, it ignores the tray that I choose. No matter what I'm printing from the Firefox browser, it ignores the tray choice.
