No it is a fake update and will be malware
Your Firefox is probably up to date, you are on at least Firefox 48.0.0 The current version is Fx48.0.2
Thank for reporting this, but the is probably not anything we can do. You could complain to pch.com that they or their advertisers are pushing malware.
