my profile folder is inaccessible and cannot open profile manager and reinstall.

tried to refresh, but i stopped it when it seemed stuck and wouldn't finish the process. then, tried to reinstall and the error message kept popping up. This is an older Mac.

Hello hoosier105, please try to delete the profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new default profile.

after that you can recover important data from an old profile
