login with facebook website function stopped working with R42.0 onwards

Vbulletin has a login with Facebook function. This works with current versions of other browsers, but not with Mozilla after R41.x Normally a login with Facebook link & logo appear in a Vbulletin login box, this is missing (attached screen shot illustrates).

This behaviour is present in all tested releases inclusive of 48.0b1. All privacy, tracking options in Mozilla disabled, and ad-blockers uninstalled during testing.
