How do I have my incoming email get an "I'm on vacation" or an "I out of the office" notice ?
I would like anyone that sends me an email while I'm on vacation to receive an "I'm on vacation " or an "I out of the office" notice

This is done via your email provider and not via the email app on Firefox OS. Please look into the available settings provided by your email provider.
