I am editing pages of a client website in Teamsite CMS using a link to its protected area through a VPN. When I use the screengrab tool to copy the 'Complete Page/Frame' the PNG file created only shows that part of the webpage visible on my PC screen. Is there a way to solve this? Thanks, Richard

The Awesome Screenshot Plus - Capture, Annotate & More addon has the feature that you require.

What tool are you currently using to take the screenshot?

Firefox has a setting in the web developer toolbox settings to add a button to the toolbar of the Web Developer toolbox to take a full page screenshot.

Hi

I am using Screengrab!

Thanks for the replies but now told by client IT team that problem is likely to be the firewall which is stopping the tool from working properly from the Firefox server.
