Menu Items missing in Alcatel OneTouch Flash 2

I can't go to Setting because I can't find the Menu Items in Firefox for Android. Tried to press and hold the hardware button/capacitive buttons but they don't show the Menu Items.

I hope that the Menu be placed beside the Tab Icon. Thanks :)
