You did not list your OS, but in Windows the option is under [Address Book] -> Tools menu -> Import option -> Address Books radio button <Next> Text file (LDIF, .tab, .csv, .txt) selection. This is what I see on 38.3.0.

If the CSV import fails then it's usually because the headers don't match or the encoding has gone funny, but we'll get to that if it becomes a problem.

It doesnt show any option after i choose adress book -> Tools -> Import radio button for import everything,

Yes, im running it on windows 7 home premium , sorry for avoiding commenting that

Win7 , Tbird 38.3.0 I have it in my import when i choose import address books You can't import everything in csv
