I would just like to sign in. I may have used Firefox three or four years ago and had a password at that time. I'm not sure. I put in a new password and username but Firefox won't accept them. Can you help me either create a new account or find my old password and username. Thanks! Kathleen

PS My current Firefox version is the latest one so I presume it is 39.0 (if that's the latest version). My Mac is Mac OS X 10.6.8

Password for what? Since you were able to login and post here, you do have an account for this forum and the password works.

Do you have a support question for Firefox support?
