I can't hear sound on Adobe videos

I tried updating Adobe Flash but I still can't hear any sound on Adobe videos I cab hear HTML5 player sound but not any sound on Adobe supported videos.

check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
