You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.

If you use Sync then best is to disconnect Sync (temporarily) while performing maintenance/repair efforts to the places.sqlite database.

Still Not Fix I've tried it the first time I experienced this problem and yesterday I tried it again Today I turned on the computer and open firefox, and no place bookmarks toolbar you can see my snapshot

The name of a JSON bookmarks backup file includes a total item count (includes folders and separators) and an hash value to prevent saving the same backup more than once.

• bookmarks-YYYY-MM-DD_<item count>_<hash>.jsonlz4.

So you can check if there is a sudden unexplained change in the item count.

yesterday I did what you suggest, This morning I turned on my computer and open firefox, you bookmarks toolbar back chaotic.. you can see my snapshot so chaos occurs bookmarks toolbar every firefox is opened and synchronize. although today I fix bookmarks toolbar, tomorrow morning when I open firefox, it would be chaos again

How many devices are connected to that Sync account?

Looks as if Sync brought the corruption back to that device. So if every device is experiencing corruption like that, you will need to do places maintenance on every device. Until all devices are fixed Sync may just propagate the corruption back into the "fixed" devices. Make sure you leave Sync disconnected until you get that fixed on all devices. Or maybe just create a new Sync account once each device is repaired and use that as you re-connect each device after it is fixed.
