Does anything in this article help: How to run Firefox when your profile is missing or inaccessible? When any instruction refers to deleting a folder, I suggest renaming it just in case you need to restore it later.

Is this problem on your Android device, or on a desktop computer? If it's on a desktop computer, what operating system/version does it run?

Also, could you check your desktop for an Old Firefox Data folder? If you find one, check inside for a semi-randomly-named profile folder and check the latest modification dates. If this is from just before the time you lost your profile, we could use this folder to recover. My recommended steps for that are here: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1068240#answer-744571
