For some reason my Android app version of Firefox isn't keeping my browser history. All I see in the tab is my history from the synced PC.

Try clearing the app data from settings-apps-firefox-clear data. Note: All locally saved browser history and cookies will be deleted. As if you have reinstalled the broswer.
