I don't know what the end of the support request page you are talking about I get to the page that gives me a little box to type into and after that there are two buttons you can click, one is the Browse button to attach files like pictures (that does not work) or the Post Reply button that does work. After that it take you out of the support pages that let you input, attach or anything else including updating what you typed until you have replied so I have someway of getting back to you. I would have gone back in and told you for some reason it started working right again. I do have a picture that I can't send you of what it did look like but it is a mute point now that it is working again. It is weird though that it did it since your last update a few days ago and then quit like it did. Anyway, if you are interested, I have included the pasted text from the directions you gave me and included them below. If you wish, scan them and let me know if there is anything wrong in there. You gave us Firefox Troubleshooting information. But I can see that you have a user.js (did you do that yourself?) It can reverse some of your config-settings. I also saw that you have some pop up blocker. Can that stop explorer to open up when you press "browse"?

Well the regular pop up blocker was not preventing me but the Strict Pop up Blocker was. Thanks, I will have to remember that in the future when I want to attach a picture somewhere again. Attached it the picture I had tried to send you before as proof that it was happening, but now is not. Clicked on the button that says the problem is fixed so this should be the last communication on this subject.
