i have intex cloudx mobile phone. want to transfer pictures from mobile to laptop. have consulted customer care but not successful. please help.

Hello ashoksinha,

Have you turned on USB sharing from the Settings app?

If you've done so and the file sharing still does not work, please post back so we can troubleshoot further.
