Okay, here's what just happened. I go to type up an email response , i usually go Ctr+A to select the entire text when i'm responding and i click the Space button to clear it, and firefox crashed. Now.. that's never happened before and it kept happening everytime i tested it. Has that come up before? What could be making that happen?

If the email i'm responding to only has text , or links, it's fine, but if it has images/graphics that's the problem. Clearing graphics makes firefox crash.

I kept testing and I've found that it doesn't happen in yahoo mail. For now i've only found it to happen in abv.bg

I have 2 different firefox programs running at the moment, that have the same bug in abv.bg. I have a abv.bg notifier add on in both programs ,but disabling the addon did not remove the bug. Could removing it potentially make a difference?

I also want to make a slight correction, i think this error has happened before, i just didn't remember it ,because i think it potentially stopped happening at one point and now it's back? I'm not sure.

No, I posted that above. In the other machine, type about:plugins in the address bar, and look around.

If there is a BP if front of the numbers, that means the crash report was sent to the Mozilla servers for the Master Programers to check out.

If those reports are within the last month, click on that report and Submint

My point is that you told me to do this process in another thread and i did it ,and using the uninstaller and deleting the content of the folders mentioned in that uninstaller transcript, did not get rid of the two versions of shockwave and i don't see where to remove it ,before i install the new versions of flash and shockwave? Am i missing something or?

I think someone in here http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2562155

mentioned going to add/remove programs and uninstalling adobe shockwave player,so i did that, and i think it might've uninstalled the 2 director plugins you are talking about as well.

Is it fixed now, do I still have 2 flash players ?

The installers are suppose to remove old programs. But sometimes . . . . . . If a program can not be uninstalled, then remove it manually.

Windows: Start > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs. Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. Linux: Check your user manual.

There's also another thing that happens, when i go to the context menu , and i click on to forbid a script with the Noscript addonn for any website i am on, suddenly all my tabs start refreshing and loading , and i have 200 of them,so it can't be that i have the same script running on all of them 100% (it has happened a few times ,so i know it's not the case 100%). And of course this in turn crashed firefox as well.

more options

This actually reminds of something that reappeared recently without any logical reason: when I open firefox all my tabs look like they are loading (basically the same thing that happens with the noscript addon ,but they aren’t actually loading at the same time, they just look like they are ,or their titles are loading only somehow? But firefox doesn’t crash in this case so that means the tabs aren’t fully loading. Anyway, after that the titles of the tabs look like/appear as the hyperlinks ,and not the titles of the websites, which is weird and unusual. Usually i see the titles ,as it should be and the tabs aren't loading up like that. I tested it in safe mode and THIS bug disappeared when i did that (and reappeared after i went into normal mode) ,but the abv.bg bug did not. Firefox still crashed without addons when I went and clicked the space button in the email form. So that might mean the abv.bg bug isn't coming from the notifier addon.

The refreshing of the titles bug does not disappear when I clear out the cookies and cache and the abv.bg bug remains as well.

I may have found something interesting. Now i blocked a certain scrypt on another page called "xfreeservice.com" , i thought it might be a suspicious script , and in this case, this is the script that started reloading all pages and crashed firefox.

Now the interesting thing that happened was ,that this same script reappeared on youtube as a blocked sciprt, which made no sense, and it's also on this page mozilla.org as well.

So i googled it and this showed up: https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/youtube-unblocker/reviews/622150/

I am close to 100% sure i had this add on installed at one point ,and i don't have it installed at the moment.

more options

Also , removing the okayfreedom add on might have solved the loading of the titles, although i'm not 100% sure.

Does anyone know how to remove this malware that is xfreeservice.com?

more options

This xfreeservice malware might also explain my other issue with the weird computerized links. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1038175?page=3

The guy that found out about this malware in the comments talks about bitdefender classifying xfreeservice as a malware. This also reminds me, evertime i do an adwcleaner scan ,there's a few issues that it finds and then every time i do it, the same things come back again. Example: user_pref or pref.js in the profile folder - which i'm assuming is preferences.
