I had run malwarebytes before posting so I though I was clean, but I wasn't. I didn't have a rootkit, as that scan came up clean, but I'm not sure which program found it as I ran all of them before trying. I'm guessing SuperAntispyware as it found quite a few the others had not.
Thanks again.

Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

This message has been consistent for a few days now. I can access other sites, gmail, banking, etc. It is just microsoft sites that give a problem: hotmail.com, outlook.com, login.live.com. I've looked in the hosts file and don't see anything, could microsoft be blocking me?
