How does one make a backup (to a memory stick) of the Address Book please?
I cannot find how to make a .csv file as I used to do with Outlook Express. I have tried to seek the info out on-line, but am still stumped!! Any hints gratefully received, ideally to make a copy so that should one's computer crash I will still be able to access a (long!) list of contacts? Thanks in advance, Richard

Open the address book window From the menu bar select Tools-Export Name the file, select the file type and choose the save destination

Very many thanks. I was missing the option to decide on saving format!, and it was going to .LDIF instead of .csv automatically. Richard
