TBird v.24.5.0 on OSX v.10.9 want lookup dictionary add-on
Have not been successful in finding a lookup dictionary compatible with TBird v.24.5.0 on MAC OS X

in what language? have you looked in this list https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/search/?q=dictionary&appver=24.0&platform=windows
The Windows version I had allowed me to click on a word, Thunderbird then went to an ENGLISH dictionary site of my choice on the web, and thus provided the definition of the word. I am NOT looking for a spell-check dictionary - and, I am now using a MAC.
Used the first link provided and, voila! It worked wonderfully; thank you so much.

You missed the FACT that I was looking for a LOOKUP DICTIONARY - NOT A SPELL CHECKER.
You missed the FACT that I was on a MAC NOT A PC.
Voila, what does that say about your ability to read and understand a request - PRECIOUS LITTLE!
That tells me PEBKC. But I will just unsubscribe I have no further interest in listening to you.
