Hi I cannot find any way to scan an URL QR code directly from Firefox. I expected that a QR code icon would appear when i tap the address bar, but I can't find such icon...

Of course, I checked the settings: camera is enabled in Firefox settings and QR code scanning is enabled in system settings.

Is there any way to scan QR codes directly from Firefox settings?

I use the latest version of both Firefox (146.1 (65627)) and iOS (iOS 26.3 (23D5089e)) iOS is a beta version... Could this be the reason why...

With the Firefox version before 146.0, macOS Tahoe 26.1 would grab 2FA 6-digit codes from either Messages or Mail, as appropriate, and populate the 2FA field on a website. With FF 146.0 this no longer works. Not a fatal problem but an annoying loss of a convenient function.

I access my Outlook email on-line using the Firefox browser. When I try to copy and paste information from one email (that I've received) to another (I'm writing) I get an error message saying that the browser cannot access my clipboard. I can't find any place in Firefox settings that controls this access. How can I make this function work? If it makes any difference, I use a MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.8.2.

I recently switched from Safari to Firefox on my IPhone. When I realized that they don’t integrate I deleted the RoboForm app. and reinstalled it on my IPhone. Unfortunately they still don’t integrate and RoboForm will not fill in forms and passwords. Contacted RoboForm and they told me that they are investigating but I think that they don’t have an answer. In the meantime I have to copy/paste my logins. Somewhere I read that I should have the RoboForm icon on the top right corner of my screen- never happened. Anybody else goes through similar issues? Does anyone have suggestions(other than switch browser/password manager)? Thanks, Alberto

The menu bar is missing on iOS iPad 143.1 and I can’t find how to get it back. There’s just three dots on the top and when I press that I can’t find the menu anywhere.

Here's what I'm doing: Phone -> Firefox app -> 3 horizontal dots (bottom right) -> Add (top right.

I then check for the added bookmark, but find no new bookmark in: Phone -> Firefox app -> 3 horizontal dots (bottom right) -> Bookmarks (top left) -> Star tab is selected by default -> Desktop Bookmarks -> Unsorted Bookmarks -> This folder is empty Bookmarks Toolbar -> my bookmarks which are synced with the desktop Bookmarks Menu -> Bookmarks -> This folder is empty

After some troubleshooting simply adding a bookmarks for a webpage, the fault appears to be with the Firefox browser. I thought I was doing something wrong, however after further research, the final variable appears to be Firefox.

I would like to set up Firefox on my iPhone together with DuckDuckGo as the default search engine. My goal is to improve both privacy and browsing performance while making sure I can adjust content settings (SafeSearch levels, HTTPS-only, tracking protection, etc.).

Running the latest Firefox iteration on Mac, OS Sequoia 15.5. After the last recent update my bookmarks have vanished. I can only find a very outdated set related to an old profile (going back at least two years). There are no files anywhere in the library when I tried to follow instructions for restoration (most of which apply to Windows), and I can't find any backups. Is there a way of accessing and restoring the most recent backups or the original file in this situation?

NB is it possible that the update overwrote my profile with a new one? -- snapshot of the profiles on file attached. bit9ck45.default-release is the current profile; the other is the very outdated one.
