firefox and MS bing have started frequently asking again and again if I want to make either one my default browser. Several time I chose firefox and yet I get asked within a week or so. Looks like microsoft is removing firefox from being my default browser and I get asked again! Also, this recent frequent back and forth is irritating.
For a couple of days Ive has been unable to use Firefox on eBay. Its unbelievably slow!
Safari works fine, but not Firefox!

Mozilla is the only search engine that recently has started to display pages and Ads in German. For years it was in English which is selected as the only preferred language in the settings, so its a very recent language phenomenon. What is wrong? It has started a couple months ago and I have been unable to get rid of this problem even by re-installing the browser.

Since I updated firefox a day or so ago, the tabs on my tab bar display at the top of the window change width to add the audio icon when the tab starts playing audio, which I find distracting especially when the active tab plays audio intermittently in response to my interactions with the tab. I couldn't find anything about that in the settings page. How do I turn this off so that tabs in the tab bar (at least the active tab) stay the same width?

I use the read aloud version quite often to help me retain what i'm reading, but the problem is the control of the reader is quite clunky when i have to pause or go back a paragraph. Is it possible to add a pause, play, fastforward and rewind button to the corner of the screen? being able to manage speed without having to restart from the begining of the page would also be very helpful. Is there an add on or setting where i can do this?

So the concept of pinned tabs is now commonplace across most browsers. But I find Firefox's implementation to be absolutely stupid. So the purpose of a pinned tab is to KEEP the tab there. However in Firefox if you pin a tab, then open another window - the pinned tab isn't there. Then if you happen to close the window with the pinned tab, it's gone! What is the point of having pinned tabs if they aren't TRULY PINNED?!!
If you want to see how pinned tabs are done right, check out Apple's Safari. My message to the Firefox desktop team is...FIX THIS CRAP! Thanks
