I'm using Firefox in a kiosk-mode application, on a Raspberry Pi based system, started from a bash script like this:

However on booting I get a banner from Mozilla along the top of the screen saying: "Firefox automatically sends some data to Mozilla so that we can improve your experience [Choose what I share]"

This is not acceptable in kiosk mode, as it would give users access to the configuration as well as being a visual annoyance. How can we disable this?

Hey, Please my metamask is no longer opening over the past few days, its just showing the loading icon in an infinite looping continues and never stops and never opens. Attached the pics for the infinite loop below:

latest versions of firefox (now at 140.0.1) keeps opening onto my 2nd monitor which is off - how to stop it doing it. Tried making new profile which works for awhile, but sooner or later they all bump it to the 2nd monitor and it never comes back - tried moving to primary and closing it there, but next time back on #2. Open 2nd window while first is on primary, and that goes to 2nd monitor...

When I download Firefox initially I am able to set the home page the way I want with the shortcuts I use. After a few weeks the shortcuts disappear and the only way to get them back is to delete Firefox and reinstall. I am also not able to save bookmarks anymore. This has the same resolution methods.

This has happened 3 times already.

I used once entering about about:config to enable DOT setting in my android phone but have not yet completed network.trr.uri.Later on, tried to do it but cannot access using about:config any more. Please advise, as your recent online instruction allow windows laptop to set automatically using security and privacy to go to Https setting to enable it. Not so, for android devices, even using chrome://geckoview/content/config.xhtmi, it does not go directly to enable Https setting. Any recent updates to do it. I understand that the restrictions are good to prevent most users and not developers to adjust the defaults. But why not making simpler only for most users to tweak or enable DOT setting, just like brave. Thank you for your understanding and attention. Regards Francis

Latest update changed it so that URLs are not shown in the address bar unless a button is clicked. How to restore URLs being shown by default?

In Windows 10 my Firefox Icon lists above the tasks all recent downloads which I do not want for security reasons. I have been deleting one at a time when shutting down. I don't want them there at all. Please help. Thanks

so in the top right there is "Finish setup", i have marked all things, beside "Import previous browser"... the problem is.... what previous browser?... it is a fresh installed system, i have no file to import, and for whatever reason i can not skip it, which doesn't make sense... cuz firefox works without those imports... so why do i get forced to import them... i do not have anything... the annyoing part it... when i click on it, firefox says something "couldn't find files"... which sould be a deead giveaway that i don't have any, it it just should move one... i tired to disable it in about:config, i tried to edit ~/.mozilla, did not work... i just have that super annyoing text at the top, where i have zero change of removing.... why don't you just add a "skip button"... is taht to much to ask?

Firefox has just introduced wallpapers for browser home page. I cannot get it to work. It's either cropped too small or pixilated, is there a setting I need to adjust, or a particular image format? So that it looks ok.

    It is delight to use and experience with Firefox Mozilla browser. I request to  make Firefox Mozilla as main.

I generally avoid the updates. I've been burned a few times too many. So, I always check to see what is actually new. This 140 has two things I like, "Unload Tabs" and "Customize Overflow".

Unfortunately, "Customize Overflow" is missing the MOST IMPORTANT tool for this process. How do you REMOVE existing items that clutter and make a mess of the few tool I actually use.

Please fix and make this a fully useful tool.

Is there a way to change the zoom of the chatbot window? it doesnt change when I adjust the browser zoom. I typically have that at 80% so the chatbot looks zoomed in which is annoying.
