I have spent LONG hours with ATT.Net and they say problem is with FIREFOX. When sending an EMAIL, I can not use my contact list to send the email. I have to write out all email addresses regardless if in my existing contact list. This problem started only yesterday.

Hi,

Please try this: Tools (Alt + T) > Clear Recent History, choose Everything in Time range to clear and Cache and Cookies in Details. Clear Recent History

If the problem persists, please check in Safe Mode.
