I keep getting the hour glass and comptuer stalls and I can't do anything for at least a minute or more

Everything will be working fine and all of a sudden I get the hour glass and I can't do anything. I just have to wait for a minute or more until the hour glass goes away. I have defragged, disk clean up, run AVG Tune up, cleared cache and java files and nothing helps. I also when I try to clear the cache on Firefox I get an error about Quik Time. This happens every few minutes.

  • Update All your Firefox Plugins -> https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
  • When Downloading Plugins Update setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)
