Can't logout of applications. Must close out by exiting program. Happens in facebook and godaddy mail.

I can login to facebook but once I'm logged in I can't log out. To exit I have to close the application. None of the buttons on the menu work. This problem also occurs in Godaddy mail.

The Yahoo! Toolbar extension and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause this issue. Disable or uninstall those add-ons.
