When I click to add a tab, it used to just bring up a blank page. Now it automatically goes to something like www.searchqu.com. How do I delete this reference to searchqu?

Everything is summed up in the question.

Also my search site selection randomly changes from google to other search engines (e.g., bing or AVG); how do I drop the various search engines?
