the home button in the toolbar doesn't work anymore. It takes me to a search page not my homepage

instead of opening new tabs I do a lot of surfing from one tab. Before when I wanted to get back to my homepage I would click the Home button in the toolbar and it would take me back to my homepage. A nice feature. But lately when I click the home button it takes me to a search window and I have to type in yahoo and then click on yahoo login. Anyone know how to fix this?
