Why do we have a problem with downloading files, i.e. PDF or Excel from a web site? When using MS IE it works fine, however using Firefox they will not download without going though many extra steps.

If I am on the web using fire fox and want to download a file from that web site that is either a PDF or Excel file it will down loud but not open. Going to MS explorer I can download and open the same file from the same web site without any problems. This problem started for us after loading 4.0 and we just updated to 5.0 and it still happens.
